Just Back from Chapel Hill

Want to know why other places are thriving while Philly continues to lose population? In addition to having great weather, education, outdoor recreation, and winning sports teams, Chapel Hill has fare free busing (!) Reduces traffic, reduces parking problems, and serves working people who need to get to work. Sounds like a good idea, doesn't it?
