The Filibuster is Back!

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, the filibuster issue is back, thanks to whipping the religious right into a frenzy over judges, as the previous post from the Nation explained. Now this is front screen from the NYT. I think this is overreach and they are going to be hurt by it.
