My new hobby is monitoring Lou Dobbs. I've noticed that any story about China is always about "communist" China.

Well, if he's not going after the unions or the left in general, he ranting and raving about the undocumented who (according to him and Hoover Institute)are soley destroying this country. Yet the government does not enforce its own laws regarding the hiring of the undocuments. We all highly benefit from their toil. I personally emailed him that if we were really about our security and our workers we would Berlin-wall the borders between us and Canada. Between us and Mexico, and employers increase the minimum to fifteen dollars an hour. Finally round-up all undoucumented like the government did in 1933 when 300,000 Mexicans were sent back, regardless of their status. Of course, I never received comment back or acknowledgemnet.
Of course, I don't agree with the forementioned comments. But I do believe that if both goverments were sincere, the U. S and Mexico concertedly could secure the borders. However, business,namely agri-business would have a fit.
Technically, there are two Chinas. A big communist one (PROC) and a small democratic one (ROC).
It's not "red baiting" to call actual Communists "Communists", and the PROC is still a completely controlled communist dictatorship.

That would wipe out so many businesses, by turning them into welfare agencies. Most of the payroll would be welfare money, money not even earned. Much of it would go to rich and quite well off people, which makes even less sense.
